During the time that he was associated with KPMG which is considered to be one of the top 4 consulting firms in world & Mazars where he was involved in development/redesigning standard operating procedure (SOP’s) and IFC assignments which helped him gain knowledge regarding different industries and sectors. He was responsible for formalizing key businessprocesses. In the process of implementing IFC in companies, he helped in charting a roadmap for companies who wanted to implement IFC, and supported them through testing the design and operating efficacy of the key controls.
Nikhil has also worked with a number of companies to conduct internal audits,build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), create Risk and Control matrices for the companies and draft process narratives. Additionally, Nikhil has also prepared risk registers which provides companies with the opportunity to conduct comprehensive risk assessment.
